Job Summary
We are seeking a Program Coordinator to join our team! As a Program Coordinator, you will coordinate and insure the overall development, periodic evaluation and review of each client's individual plan of care and supervises the delivery of training and rehabilitative services relative to this plan of care. The Program Coordinator will work closely with numerous different departments to assess training and program needs, and then find appropriate program options to fill those needs. You will also attend various meetings to gain a better understanding of the company goals, assist management with implementing new programs, and ensure all company programs are in line with our mission and goals. The ideal candidate has previous experience in a similar coordinator role, has excellent communication skills, and has the ability to multitask and switch priorities, as needed. 

Responsibilities 
  • Program development: Coordinating the development of programs for supported persons.
  • Program evaluation: Evaluating resident activities and behaviors.
  • Compliance: Ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Documentation: Preparing reports and documentation on programs and activities.
  • Training: Providing instruction on positive behavioral support techniques.
  • Assessments: Administering assessments and developing safety plans.
  • Monitoring: Monitoring and documenting the quality of care provided.
  • Leadership: Providing leadership and direction to supervise the development of a program.
  • Facility maintenance: Supervising the rehabilitation of people with developmental disabilities and the maintenance of a facility.

Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in a human services field, such as social work, psychology, education, nursing, or rehabilitation.
  • At least one year of professional experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Familiarity with basic computer programs, such as the Microsoft Office suite
  • The ability to work well independently and within a team
Compensation: $47,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
